At Somara Supplements, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read the following carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once shipped, standard delivery to the United States takes 10–15 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, slight delays may occur — if your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email. If your tracking does not update after that window, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We begin processing orders quickly and have a limited window to make address corrections. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@somarasupplements.com. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Returns & Refund Guarantee

We stand behind The Bone Density Protocol with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to return the product. No forms, no hassle.

Import Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their country. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
